2 Make sure you book your reward at least 21 days, and no more than 10
months, prior to departure. If you request a reward between 20 and 7 days
prior to departure you will incur an express handling charge (details
available at the time of booking). Please remember, no reward request can
be accepted within 7 days of departure. 14 days’ notice is required for
Austrian Airlines, Air New Zealand, Malaysia Airlines and Eurostar bookings.
3 Once issued, unused tickets/vouchers may be changed on one occasion
only for alternative date(s), subject to a handling fee (details available
at
the time of booking). Please note, no changes may be made to Eurostar
tickets.
4 If you cancel a reward ticket/voucher, you can have 75% of your miles
recredited to your flying club account, providing you notify Virgin flying
club
of any cancellation at least 7 days before the date of departure. This
will
incur a handling fee per ticket/voucher (details available at the time
of
booking).
5 Requests for other airlines’ redemptions could take 48 hours for a
response.

only to the Pacific Islands and Auckland, Wellington,
Christchurch or Queenstown to Australia only. Routes
within the Pacific Islands are from Auckland to Samoa,
Fiji, Tahiti, Cook Islands, Tonga, Norfolk Is. and
Noumea. The reward from Australia or New Zealand to
Europe is from Auckland only. The rewards from
Europe or Los Angeles to the Pacific Islands excludes
both Norfolk Islands and Caledonia. The route from
Australia or New Zealand to Asia is from Auckland or
Christchurch to Hong Kong, Nagoya, Osaka,
Singapore, Tokyo or Taipei. The mileage level between
Nagoya or Osaka and Fiji is 70,000 miles in Business
Class and 50,000 in Economy Class.
